“Meetings are
disorganised, too long, too informative and
argumentative. They produce few decisions and these
rarely lead to any measurable actions in the field.
These meetings are not only considered ineffective, they
reflect the general way the whole organisation was
managed.”

What is Real-Time Team
Coaching?
Real-Time Team
Coaching is a facilitated process based on years of
experience and extensive research. It focuses on:
- the critical observation of teams in their everyday meetings and interactions;
- analysis of the behaviours observed;
- feedback to the team of key observations and metrics;
- followed by coaching and mentoring of the team to move them forward towards their goals.
How does Real-Time Coaching work?
After an initial assessment stage, meetings proceed as usual but with the team receiving structured feedback and input from the coach. He/She introduces specific behaviours and processes that have been shown to add value; and helps the team stop other behaviours and habits that destroy value. The team may need additional input and the team coaching can be supplemented by other learning activities. Throughout the whole process, the team, the relationship and the results are constantly assessed and reviewed against the agreed measures.
Where is Real-Time Team Coaching most appropriate?
Management Meetings and Project Meetings are the places where real-time team coaching makes the most obvious impact.
Consider the benefits of more effective teams in more effective meetings:
- Shorter, more productive and engaging meetings
- Higher quality decisions
- Genuine collaboration
- Productive debate and dialogue
- Teams that work together to deliver
