We have been on a journey whilst developing our real-time approach. Over the years we have designed and delivered a wide variety of tailored services to our clients. All of these services are still available where a real-time approach is not desired:

Leadership Development

1:1 coaching
Thousands of hours of coaching managers and leaders across a variety of sectors has given a great depth of experience and knowledge in 1:1 development. Coaching is ideal during times of change or transition, where the coachee has to deal with new levels of challenge and new environments, e.g. during the first 100 days of a new assignment or leading a major project. In the context of supporting a program, coaching is the best way to ensure an effective return on investment and embed learning and behaviour change.

Leadership development programmes
These tailored programmes are focused on delivering specific behavioural change to achieve measurable business benefits, relevant to current context and challenges. Engagements are built on a wide experience of developing and delivering leadership programmes across a variety of sectors.

Training & Development Workshops
Bespoke Workshops
Designed with the client to achieve specific desired outcomes, for your people in their particular environment and business context.

Previous Workshop Examples
These are workshops that were created to meet the needs of particular clients that can be replicated and tuned where appropriate:

Coaching Skills for Managers
A very practical course that enables managers to integrate coaching as a tool set and a style into their everyday world.

Inspiring Communications

The original course was targeted at project and program managers that had to rapidly effect change by influencing senior stakeholders generally resistant to change.

Influencing in challenging environments

A follow-on from ʻInspiring Communicationsʼ, this workshop was targeted at program managers that had to drive results where the audience were hostile to the changes.

From Presentation to Performance

There is a world of difference between a competent presentation that informs, and a performance that inspires the audience to follow. Either 1:1 or in small groups (maximum of 3) delegates are coached with extensive feedback to move them from being informational to being inspirational. ʻStage frightʼ can also be dealt with effectively.

Team-working

Often using feedback tools such as MBTI, FIRO-B or ECI-360, these sessions generate more self-awareness, developing an appreciation of differences within the ʻteamʼ and generating higher levels of flexibility in order to serve their mission. Most useful when a team has to deal with a contentious or challenging issue.

Events
In larger scale projects, there is a need to communicate to and engage with large numbers of employees and stakeholders. While event organisation is not a core competency, event design is and working with partners, exciting and innovative events can be delivered to transform a programme.

Public Speaking
Entertaining and educational talks to supplement internal conferences. Examples include “The psychology of leadership” and “The real hard work is emotional”
