Increasing
Potential is for the most part me, Gregor Findlay. I’m not
interested in building a company or a brand, or developing
a tool for resale - I’m interested in doing good and
interesting work that helps my clients deliver better - for
themselves and their stakeholders.
When I have larger projects or where some particular skill
or knowledge is required I collaborate with associates that
I know and trust.
An example of this is work with actress/facilitator
Hannah-Jane Dickinson where we developed a two day workshop
“Influencing in a Hostile Environment”. We needed to create
a safe environment where clients could practice the most
challenging of influencing conversations - Why? These
conversations needed to succeed in order to drive change
programs saving tens of millions of dollars.
Previously I had a career in sales. I started coaching and
consulting in 2001 after realising that the thing I get
the most
satisfaction
out of in life is helping other people learn and improve.
So I got some training and started coaching. The reason I’m
not a teacher or full time trainer? I get bored easily.
